Monte Montana
Monte Montana
Monte Montana has been a resident of Corpus Christi since 1991 and started his career in radio in the city in 1995. Since then he has been a constant voice of and for the community and it’s businesses. It is not unusual for him to be recognized by longtime listeners, even with a mask in, due to his distinct voice. Monte is also a commercial driver with a Class A CDL which he obtained through Del Mar college’s trucking program in 2020. He is a father of 3 (a teenage daughter and preteen twin boys) who recently bought a house for the 4 of them to make a home. Monte enjoys family time and stays active with his kids and on his own, whether he’s riding bikes or skateboards, hiking, going to the beach or the gun range. He has a concealed handgun license. Monte participates in volunteer programs like CCISD’s Watch D.O.G.S. and Learning Ally as a narrator of audio books for children with learning challenges.
