This achievement makes U2 the band with the most number one hits in the history of the Adult Alternative Airplay chart, surpassing Coldplay's previous record of 13. "Atomic City" is U2's first number one hit on the chart in over five years and was released to promote the band's Las Vegas residency at the newly-constructed Sphere.
